Bernedoodle Puppy Application

Apply For a Shady Oak Doodle Puppy

Bringing home a puppy is an exciting decision and a long-term commitment. At Shady Oak Doodles, our application process helps us learn more about your family, lifestyle, experience with dogs and what you are looking for in your future puppy.

We carefully review each application to help ensure our puppies are placed in loving, prepared homes and that our program is a good fit for your family. Completing an application does not require you to choose a puppy immediately. Once your application has been reviewed, a member of our team will contact you with the next steps and help answer any questions about available Bernedoodle puppies, upcoming litters, our waitlist or Started Puppy program.
